Entry to the Beale Air & Space Expo is free for standard admission, and is ONLY available with a complimentary parking pass (for Elevated Experiences click here). There won’t be any passes available day-of and you can only secure your passes through this website. AVAILABLE PARKING IS LIMITED.
NO REFUNDS for any reason including weather or cancellation of show, war, state of emergency, etc.
How do I get onto the base?
Admission onto base is ONLY with a base pass/parking so as to control traffic
What time does the Air Show start?
Gates opens at 9 a.m. and aerial performances begin at 12 p.m.
When is the latest I can arrive to the gate to park?
Gates close at 1:30 p.m. each day. Anyone arriving after this time will be unable to park and attend that day’s show.
Do I have to pay for a ticket?
No. Beale Air & Space Expo is free and open to the public, but entry is ONLY available with a complimentary parking pass (you MUST have a parking pass or arrive in a vehicle with a parking pass to enter the show). Premium Seating through our Elevated Experiences is available for purchase here.
Where do I park and how much is it?
General Parking is complimentary. You will be directed to general parking when you arrive. Click here to learn more about our Preferred Parking and Elevated Experiences.
Can I bring a lawn chair?
Yes. You may bring your own folding lawn chairs.
Does Elevated Experience ticket include chairs?
There is seating available for our Sponsored High Flyer Lodge and Recce Town Experience.
Are coolers allowed?
No. You will not be allowed to bring a cooler (see below for details on milk/formula for your baby).
Are strollers and wagons allowed?
Yes, strollers and wagons are allowed. If you purchased Premium Seating, your stroller/wagon must be parked at the back of the seating area so emergency areas remain accessible.
Is there shade?
The Air Show facility is under an open sky. Patrons are encouraged to plan accordingly. Some shade can be found under the wings of static display aircraft and through our Elevated Experiences. Elevated Experiences (click here to learn more)
Are pets allowed?
Service animals ARE permitted. Otherwise, pets are not allowed onto the flight line area and are not allowed to be left in cars in the base parking lots.
Can I bring beverages into the show?
Clear beverages in clear “see-through” plastic containers.
Are cameras allowed?
Yes, cameras are allowed (still, video, digital). Your camera bags will be checked upon entry.
Can I bring a bike, roller blades or a scooter?
No, for the safety of everyone these items will not be allowed on the base.
I am bringing my baby to the show and need to keep the formula cold. Can I bring it in a cooler?
You can bring formula/ milk in a SOFT-SIDED cooler ONLY. You CANNOT bring it in a hard cooler. Only formula is allowed in the soft-sided cooler.
What happens if it rains?
The decision to fly is made the day of the event for safety. We will make a post on the website if/when a cancellation decision is made.
Can I bring an RV?
No.
Can I bring a weapon?
No.
