Terms: Exhibitors are responsible to provide their own tent, chair, tables and/or other equipment. Exclusions: no political organizations, election campaigns, or proselytizing. Approval of application required and is determined by space availability and content of exhibitor, determined solely by the discretion of the Beale Military Liaison Council. All decisions on approving exhibitor spaces are final. Giveaways must be $15 or less. NO REFUNDS for any reason including weather or cancellation of show, war, state of emergency, etc.
